Angus Stone Tour

Sarah Lakos | 8 August 2012

Angus Stone’s new album, Broken Brights is all kinds of wonderful. Now, he’s taking that album on tour to the US, Canada and back home to Australia in November (you can now buy tickets here!)

Just last month, Angus was gearing up to go to Byron Bay. His Splendor Fesitval ‘warm up’ was a gig at his old school, Barrenjoey High. The Barrenjoey Music Room holds a monthly event and Angus went back to his roots to sing all his songs from Broken Brights to a sell out crowd.

Onto Byron Bay, Angus snapped a few Polaroids of backstage antics before his backyard show. At Splendor, he sang songs from his solo album Broken Brights.

The Australian leg of his tour kicks off this November and will take in major cities, regional centres and iconic summer festivals, including Homebake and Falls Festival.

“Right now this is the most important thing to me. I’m proud of this record and I want to just keep playing it,ā€ he says.
