The Intouchables

It’s the second highest-grossing film of all time in France, and dip us in honey and throw us to le directeurs, because there’s not an alien tribe or sinking ship in sight. A weighted comedy that lets you in to a relationship between a wealthy quadriplegic and a wayward guy from the projects, The Intouchables avoids cliche and delivers one of the most natural 112 minutes in cinema we’ve ever seen.

No ploys, no FX, just great characters and a hell of a good screenplay – this gets our stamp of approval.
