Three friends create their third hand-made cookbook.

Melbourne ladies Rachel Pitts, Leah Holscher and Katherine Bird have taken their talents (cooking, photography and design respectively) and created a third edition of their much loved cookbook.

Each edition is lined with cloth and hand-sewn, and inside you’ll delicious dishes inspired by Rachel’s recent travels to Cambodia and Laos. There’s soba noodle soup and vegetarian mapo tofu. You’ll also find a few Italian and Middle Eastern inspired flavours and a couple of sweet treats like yoghurt and white chocolate pannacotta thrown in for good measure. Yum!

Pick one up from their online store for $35 including postage within Australia. While you’re there, have a looksee at the girls’ blog, which is chockas with Rachel’s more experimental recipies like feijoa and lime meringue pie and fig and quark strudel.
