Cat Power likes to have the odd hiatus, but she’s back at last! Her new album is called Sun and it’s her first collection of original material in six years. It all seems very mysterious and so far, there’s only this video announcing the new album (and radical new haircut). Nothing says ‘whatever’ to an ex and his new model wife like a crop and a killer record.
Sun will be released 31 August through Matador Records/Remote Control Records.
