Semi-Permanent 2012

This is a call to action for all you creative folks out there. Step away from your computer screens, put down your paintbrushes, finish that coffee, and make the yearly pilgrimage to Darling Harbour.

It’s time for Semi-Permanent again. Time flies, doesn’t it? What have you achieved since the last conference? Are you a speaker this year? Well then you’ve still got work to do. Here’s your coat, now go!

This year Semi-Permanent is celebrating its 10th birthday. The event covers all disciplines of design: graphic, film, fine art, illustration, web, interaction, photography, animation, graffiti *breathe* stop motion, architecture, visual effects and way more.

Speakers this year include: Bec Winnel, Kelli Anderson, Vince Frost, Luca Ionescu, Benja Harney, Derek Henderson and, again, way more. Tickets are pricey, but the best part is that you get a free (well, it seems free because you paid for it with your ticket) Semi-Permanent book in your event pack.

Oh, and while we’ve got you here, check out this and this. There’s nothing like a good montage to get you in the mood.

Semi-Permanent is taking place on the following dates.
Sydney: 11th – 12th May
Auckland: 18th – 19th May
Brisbane: 27th July
Melbourne: 14th -15th September
