The Pornification of Women
It was a Saturday night. We were just leaving the pub when my sister-in-law looked around her. "There will come a time," she said, "when girls will come out wearing nothing at all."
A few days later I am visiting an office when the manager stopped dead and stared at one of her staff. "Did you forget to get dressed this morning?" she asked. "Only you appear to have come to work in your underwear."
It is true. Never have clothes been skimpier, underwear more on show and, let's say it straight, sluttiness such a cause for celebration.
