Using his extensive knowledge of chemistry and physics, along with experience with machinery of all types and plenty of imagination, he is able to get himself and his companions out of any kind of danger. So next time you lock yourself out of your apartment do a Macgyver and tie a fire hose to the door handle and an elevator handrail, then send the elevator down. French artist Pierre Huyghe will transform the concert hall of the Sydney Opera House into a futuristic forest ie he's having the seats removed and replaced with around a thousand trees, low-lying mist and a lone singer who wanders through the fog singing. It's installed for 24hrs only, and people can come see it on the 9 July to the 10 July 2008. Event from noon to noon. Music by Laura Marling. For updates and more info
