The latest Danish sensation. Alphabeat are a new indie/pop band that are sure to get you grooving. Their songs are fun, crazy and lovable. The band inspired by the likes of the B52s, Bowie and Wham! are a crazy mixture of six individuals who look like all they want to do is have some fun. Their infectious tunes include my personal fav facination which is super catchy and has me bopping along at work, home or in the car. Currently touring around England their fast selling Wonky Pop tour will hopefully be coming to Australia some time soon. Popjustice called them 'the best band in the world ever', high praise for this band who feature a male and female co-vocalist combo, perez loves them, the UK loves them, their own country does and I hope Australia catches onto this crazily infectious band whose live energetic performances make them a band likened to our very own Operator Please.
