Rosemount Australian Fashion Week opened to a series of shows sporting muted palettes. Arnsdorf’s range relied upon dreamy one-tone ensembles, with the occasional pop of colour. From mint green layered upon mint green, to all white, the pastels were broken up by the occasional fuchsia or orange peppered throughout as a contrasting accent. Gail Sorronda continued the trend with monochromatic outfits, laying heavy on the whimsy of sheer materials and pleated chiffon. Karla Spetic’s patterned prints were especially daring coupled with mint green and navy pieces, and bright coral lips.
