QV is certainly becoming the place where the cool kids in Melbourne hang out. It’s bursting at the seams with cool shops, gourmet eateries and funky bars and the corner will go into coolness overload on Saturday April 19 when it hosts its very own street party!

The QV Street Party is being held to celebrate the latest casual and street wear looks from Red Cape Lane, home to Melbourne’s hottest youth street wear labels like Mooks, Edge Clothing, Stussy and Fox.

But they’ll be more than shopping to be done on the day, with Australia’s best skaters and BMX riders there to increase the heart rate as the audience witnesses all the thrills and spills of the bikes and boards! And if you’ve watched the opening scenes of Bond flick, Casino Royale, you’ll want to be there to see Trace Elements showcase their jaw-dropping art of Parkour. They’ll also be performing Running Free, visually amazing!

If you need something to tap your toes along too while you ponder whether to buy that hoodie or this hoodie, DJ Matt Sofo will be on hand providing some tunes and local hip-hoppers Wicked Force will have you cheering along to their hop-hop and break dancing routines.

There will be a whole bunch of discounts being offered on the day like 20% off selected sunglasses at Sunglasses Hut, 25% off all items at Westco and Fox, and 15% off at Edge for Edge Clothing Card Customers. Shoppers will also go into the draw to win a Dirt Jump Mountain Bike from SHM if they spend $50 or more in any Red Cape Lane stores.
